Returns and refunds

Unprinted items

You can return unprinted, unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Email info@wearluxe.ch with your order number before sending the item back. Return shipping is paid by you. We refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 10 days of receiving the return.

Custom-printed items

Items printed with your design are made specially for you, so they cannot be returned or exchanged because you changed your mind or chose the wrong size. Please check the size guide before ordering.

Defects and misprints

If an item arrives damaged, has a production fault, or the print does not match the approved design, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will reprint the item free of charge or refund it. Small differences in colour shade or print position (a few millimetres) are not a defect.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge until production has started. Write to info@wearluxe.ch as soon as possible.
