Frequently asked questions
How does custom printing work?
Choose a product, open the design studio and upload your artwork or add text. Check the preview on front and back, add it to your cart and pay. We check every file before printing and contact you if something will not print well.
Which files can I upload?
Transparent PNG or SVG files give the best result. JPG works for photos. Upload at least 1500 pixels on the longest side so the print stays sharp at full size. The studio warns you if a file is too small.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single piece. For 10 or more pieces of the same design, ask us for a team quote.
How long does it take?
Production takes 3 to 5 working days after your artwork is approved. Swiss Post delivery usually adds 1 to 2 working days.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping within Switzerland costs CHF 8.00 and is free for orders from CHF 100.
Which printing method do you use?
We use direct-to-film (DTF) printing. The design is printed on film and heat-pressed onto the fabric, which gives sharp detail and strong colour on cotton, blends and sports fabrics.
How should I wash printed clothing?
Turn the garment inside out, wash at 30 to 40 degrees and avoid the tumble dryer. Do not iron directly on the print.
Which payment methods can I use?
TWINT, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay and Klarna. Payment is handled securely by Stripe and PayPal; we never see or store your card details.
Can I return a custom-printed item?
Personalised items are made to order for you. Please read our returns and refunds policy before ordering. If an item arrives faulty or misprinted, contact us and we will fix it.
