Zuletzt aktualisiert: 21. Oktober 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed in the online shop wearluxe.ch operated by Wearluxe, Fouad Tahir Abdi, Balsbergweg 9, 8302 Kloten, Switzerland (“we”). Swiss law applies.
2. Products and custom designs
We sell blank and custom-printed clothing and accessories. On-screen previews in the design studio are visual mock-ups; colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed result, and print size and position can vary by a few millimetres. We check every design before printing and contact you if a file is not suitable for print.
By uploading a design you confirm that you hold the rights to use it and that it does not infringe the rights of others or break the law. We may refuse designs that are illegal, offensive or infringe trademarks or copyrights. You are liable for claims arising from designs you upload.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). Wearluxe is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. Shipping costs are shown in the cart before you order. Payment is due when you order and can be made with the methods offered at checkout.
4. Contract
Your order is a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. For custom-printed items, production starts after we have checked your artwork.
5. Production and delivery
Production usually takes 3 to 5 working days after artwork approval, plus delivery time. We deliver within Switzerland. Shipping costs CHF 8.00; orders from CHF 100.00 are delivered free of charge. Delivery times are estimates; we will let you know if there is a delay.
6. Returns and complaints
Please read our Rückgabe- und Erstattungsrichtlinie. Please check your delivery when it arrives and report visible defects or misprints within 14 days.
7. Liability
We are liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded as far as permitted by law.
8. Data protection
See our Datenschutzerklärung.
9. Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is Kloten, Switzerland, unless mandatory law gives consumers the right to sue at their place of residence.
